Applicants must fill out an application form (available at KARS headquarters) and provide a copy of Civil ID Card attached to form. Course start dates are subject to change as administration deems fit. Applicants will receive further details regarding class timings, class instructors and scheduled topics when contacted by KARS prior to start of course.
